4.) Firm and accurate install date with estimate time of completion so customer can use their kitchen. Recommend all install dates should be in writing. Most kitchens should take 1 to 2 days to install with 1-2 days of future touchups.

3.) Kitchen suppliers should not sub their installers. Recommend that installers are employed by kitchen supplier to insure the best possible assembly of the product in the customer's home. Instalelr should defiantly no be a piece of work.

2.) Kitchen suppliers should have reasonable sized showrooms with enough displays to determine the quality of their product. Should also provide a wide varieity of accessories to compliment the product with description of warranty and availability of that product.

1.) Kitchen supplier ideally should manufacture their own product not purchase from an outside source for reliability and service. If buying from an outside manufacturer the risk of non compliance when there is a problem or a service issue is greater. If the company supplies locally IE. Within the province it is quicker to resolve any imperfections or malfunctions of the cabinetry.
